RAM with capacity in the amount of 1 Gb few years back you could say a very big, what about now? much lower level of the new laptop has 1GB of RAM is minimal and sometimes even more. For those of you who want to upgrade to use Windows 7, might want to know how much RAM is needed to be able to run Windows 7?
Or as follows:
* 1GB of RAM minimum for Windows 7 32-bit versions.
* 2GB of RAM minimum for Windows 7 64-bit version.
Windows 7 can actually run on a small RAM, but do not expect you to run Windows 7 with the smooth if you are under 1 GB of RAM.
On the site of playing Microsoft recommends the use of RAM like the one in the picture below :
Maximum RAM that can be used on windows 7 version 32 and 64 bit, you can see in the picture below.
From the picture above you can see that windows 7 64 bit version can use a large more reach 192 GB of RAM, so far compared to 32-bit version of Windows 7.
To find out your computer 32 or 64 bits can be done in a way: open the start menu - right click on Computer and select Properties, then you will get such a picture is shown below.
